INfo:

As part of the counseling program, students may be invited to participate in small group counseling sessions. Students who share a common need meet together with the counselor to talk, share, and learn new skills! Group topics are offered based on need and data. Small groups may have anywhere from 3-6 students per group and tend to be 6-8 weeks long. Small group time is scheduled with the participants' teacher recommendation to avoid missing academic time. Your child may be referred to a group by a teacher, principal, or the counselor. If your child is referred a permission slip will be sent home. If you think your child would benefit from participating in a small group, please contact your child’s counselor.
